Returns Policy
- laptop-battery.ca Inc. will refund the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping and handling, are not refundable.
- Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
- This warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in anyway.
- This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. All request for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made via an RMA authorized by Discount-laptopbattery, Inc.
- Non Defective Battery :
- Returns can be accepted within 15 days from receiving the item. All returns must be authorized by Low Cost Batteries.com, Inc. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.
- All Non Defective Battery returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee.
- Defective Battery :
- Once the product has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and the customer will be credited for the returned product if it is within the fifteen (15) days, after the fifteen (15) days, the warranty takes over and a replacement will be shipped out.
- Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

Battery Knowladge
- With lithium-ion batteries, full charges and discharges are best on a regular basis. Li-ion batteries do not suffer from the memory effect.
- Do not drop, hit or otherwise abuse the battery as this may result in the exposure of the cell contents, which are corrosive.
- If you do not use your laptop for a long time, remove the battery pack from the laptop.
- Make sure to plug your laptop charger adapter into a UPS and not directly into a power outlet or surge protector.
- Always keep the battery pack out of reach of infants or small children.
- Do not expose the battery pack to direct sunlight. Never store or use the battery pack in an unventilated vehicle where excessive internal temperatures may be encountered.
